Our shipping partners include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. While our estimated delivery times are generally accurate, please note that these are approximate and subject to potential delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. In the event of any delays, we promptly update our website to keep you informed.

Delivery?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 4 to 8 business days after the order is placed. Please be advised that expedited or overnight shipping options are not available. We recommend taking this processing timeframe into account when placing your order.

Shipping Policy:

  • North America: All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed from our California warehouses.

Return Policy

We offer a 2-day return window on standard purchases. Items must be returned in new or like-new condition, with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged upon delivery or if the item received differs from the order.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items to our warehouse.

Please note that certain items are offered as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. This includes Black Friday and promotional sale items, clearance items, personalized products, gift cards, and any products marked “Final Sale” at checkout.

Once an order has been paid and confirmed, we are unable to cancel it.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All return requests, including those for damaged, defective, or missing items, should be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be shipped within 8 days of receiving the item.

A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, email us at  info@oxontravel.com and we’ll help you start your return.

You’ll just need to cover the cost of sending the item back. Please make sure the product is returned in its original packaging so our team can properly inspect it.

Once we receive and review your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method as long as it passes inspection. Please allow 10–12 business days for the refund to appear.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received confirmation, please reach out to us at info@oxontravel.com.
